Realization

Sitting on a beach in the sand watching the water, we see so many gifts around us. sunrise, sunset how much life there is under the water and the beauty of it, the sand itself and what it can be created into.

Have you ever built a sand castle. one so pretty and detailed and you become so proud of your work. But than the tide comes in and the castle washes back into the water. and our determination fades as quickly as the sun in the sky. but why? because we fail to realize that not everything created with beauty will stay in the shape we try to mold? and isn't that the lesson there?

For years when a person has you tied down into being a person you are not, they are trying to mold you into something. But just like sand, we won't stay that way. Our beauty is within hidden deep within our hearts and nothing one can do can change that. but psychologically it takes a deep toll on the brain. your determination sinks because you cannot be this person someone wants you to be and so your in between hearing it and feeling it. And after a while you become wounded. But all wounds heal with time and with the right people.

When you meet someone who thinks you are so perfect how you are and wants nothing more than you to be who you are its like a drug. you feel enlightened. But than the brain starts to question. What if this person really doesn't like who you are. The person before didn't, why now? And you try to mold yourself into different things to try and please this new person and fail miserably because it takes that to finally come to the understanding that they were real, and true when they said it was you they really loved. and it is a blessing to realize that. For some its too late as you have hurt this person so many times in trying so hard to be something your not thinking it would be right. For others this person is beautiful enough to put that aside and still hold your hand.

As you awaken to these new things you wonder why it was so complicated for you to understand it from the beginning. but years of psychological abuse takes a deep toll on the body and leaves scars you don't know are there until opened again. And how else do we heal the right way unless the scars are now finally open with truth and are closing with fact and love.

With love and Patience that someone gave you even while you were anything but kind to them. And not purposely, but because it was all you knew. the person before, well they gave you all their scenarios and the automatic thing is to recreate them, sometimes unconsciously, but it takes tough love to finally find the right way. your right way.

And now when you build that castle and it washes away you don't see disappointment, you see freedom. freedom to create new, and what you are everyday. the chance to realize that a mold does not last, but the foundation of that mold does. Sand is still there, just because the castle is not should show you that its not the building. its the tools you used to build and the foundation layed, that it will always be there. And that the sun will rise once again.

Asking for forgiveness is not a weakness because it takes every strength you have just to do so. And its the only way to free yourself from what was and start over being what is.

Be you and nothing but you because each time when the mold you build washes away, you are going to want to know who you are. not what you have to build again to be someone your not. And when someone loves you for you accept it. as difficult as it is. They love the sand and the foundation you can lay, not the building you can build. That you can do together..

Jealousy is a disease, Hatred a side effect.

If you have a problem with someone, you shouldn't go running your mouth, you should face the fact that the root of the problem is your own self . The fact you dislike what you see when you look in the mirror, is the reflection of your life..

Anyone can use words to inflict pain. Think before you speak, use the correct actions, know facts before presuming and judging, never say something to someone else you couldn't handle or wouldn't like to hear yourself.

Jealousy is a disease, Hatred a side effect.

At some point Everyone takes a deep look at their life and realizes its time to make mends and change what you don't like seeing. Its not weakness, its strength and courage to do so. xx

Always remember you get one life. One chance. And when your done, when you get to your destination you will have to look back. Are you going to like what you see or are you going to have regrets and anger.

You make your own life. Destiny gives you that chance. Fate puts the right people in your path, those who don't fit are for you to figure out. Faith is what pulls you through the darkness and Beliefs are what gets you through to the light. Never blame anyone for your own faults and errors. Use your disappointments as learning tools and keep your success as a cherished gift. Always have Love or hate will take over.

Promise yourself to be so strong that nothing can disturb your peace of mind. Look at the sunny side of everything and make your optimism come true. Anyway you can..

People are unreasonable, illogical and self-centered. Love them anyway. If you do good, people will accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives. Do good anyway. If you are successful, you will win false friends and true enemies. Succeed anyway.

The good you do today will be forgotten tomorrow. Do good anyway.

Honesty and frankness make you vulnerable. Be honest and frank anyway.

The biggest person with the biggest ideas can be shot down by the smallest person with the smallest mind. Think big anyway.

What you spend years building may be destroyed overnight. Build anyway.

People really need help but may attack if you help them. Help people anyway.

Give the world the best you have and you might get kicked in the teeth. Give the world the best you've got anyway.

Not Conditional..

there is no such thing as conditional love.

Love is either unconditional or it's no love. You might like someone conditional on their personality or behavior or circumstances. But love accepts no boundaries. So never say 'I love you because', for love has no cause, love comes from God.

Love is something that you can leave behind when you die. It's that powerful.

Condemnation

you are commanded to love everyone, not condemn those who don't agree with you.. Your opinions are just that, - opinions, regardless of where you got them from. They are tiny, a speck compared to the immensity of God. You cannot possibly have even the faintest idea of what God commands to other people, to other lifeforms. Your only possible intelligent choice is to continuously open in love and acceptance. Today more than yesterday.

I will never ask or tell you to believe what i believe or do what i do. I will never tell those who disagree with me that they are no good and discard them. i welcome others opinions.

to me there is nothing better than being able to learn what other people see through their own eyes. What they believe. How they feel and what they do. Thats a wonderful thing.

Controversy is not, its just a form of ignorance.

Tenderness

Nothing is so strong as gentleness, and nothing is so gentle as true strength. How far you go in life depends on you being tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving and tolerant of the weak and the strong. Because someday in life you will have been all of these. Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.

i'm going to share this, because sometimes its easier to understand through story lines:

A wise woman who was traveling in the mountains found a precious stone in a stream. The next day she met another traveler who was hungry, and the wise woman opened her bag to share her food. The hungry traveler saw the precious stone and asked the woman to give it to him. She did so without hesitation. The traveler left, rejoicing in his good fortune. He knew the stone was worth enough to give him security for a lifetime. But a few days later he came back to return the stone to the wise woman.

"I've been thinking," he said, "I know how valuable the stone is, but I give it back in the hope that you can give me something even more precious. Give me what you have within you that enabled you to give me the stone."

Never look down on anybody unless you're helping them up. The place to improve the world is first in one's own heart and head and hands. How far you go in life depends on you being tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving and tolerant of the weak and the strong. Because someday in life, you will have been all of these if not already.

I am a contradiction a perfect imperfection On looking in from outside I think I’d pass inspection

My nails are neat, each hair in place My clothes the latest styles But look a little closer, And you can see my trials

God is always with you, seen or unseen, saint or sinner. Giving you air, supporting your footsteps, nourishing you with sunshine, God is here with you.

The separateness you sometimes feel is an illusion, in truth you are never alone. And so you go on and flourish. Never wilt.

When the road you're trudging seems all uphill;

When the funds are low, and the debts are high

And you want to smile, but have to sigh;

When care is pressing you down a bit-

An act..

your kindness makes a difference. Even if it is a very tiny act of goodness and you think no one notices, God notices. Always remember that one little act of kindness can tilt the balance of an entire situation. One little act of kindness can ripple out in countless ways that you many never know about. A.♥

Universal Rules

1. Rise with the sun to pray. Pray alone. Pray often. The Great Spirit will listen, if you only speak.

2. Be tolerant of those who are lost on their path. Ignorance, conceit, anger, jealousy and greed stem from a lost soul. Pray that they will find guidance.

3. Search for yourself, by yourself. Do not allow others to make your path for you. It is your road, and yours alone. Others may walk it with you, but no one can walk it for you.

4. Treat the guests in your home with much consideration. Serve them the best food, give them the best bed and treat them with respect and honor.

5. Do not take what is not yours whether from a person, a community, the wilderness or from a culture. If it was not earned or given, it is not yours.

6. Respect all things that are placed upon this earth - whether it be people or plant.

8. Never speak of others in a bad way. The negative energy that you put out into the universe will multiply when it returns to you.

9. All persons make mistakes. And all mistakes can be forgiven.

10. Bad thoughts cause illness of the mind, body and spirit. Practice optimism.

11. Nature is not FOR us, it is a PART of us. They are part of your worldly family.

12. Children are the seeds of our future. Plant love in their hearts and water them with wisdom and life's lessons. When they are grown, give them space to grow.

13. Avoid hurting the hearts of others. The poison of your pain will return to you.

14. Be truthful at all times. Honesty is the test of ones will within this universe.

15. Keep yourself balanced. Your Mental self, Spiritual self, Emotional self, and Physical self - all need to be strong, pure and healthy. Work out the body to strengthen the mind. Grow rich in spirit to cure emotional ails.

16. Make conscious decisions as to who you will be and how you will react. Be responsible for your own actions.

17. Respect the privacy and personal space of others. Do not touch the personal property of others - especially sacred and religious objects. This is forbidden.

18. Be true to yourself first. You cannot nurture and help others if you cannot nurture and help yourself first.

19. Respect others religious beliefs. Do not force your belief on others.

20. Share your good fortune with others. Participate in charity.

Bringing Love to Every Moment

Whatever your fate is, whatever the heck happens, you say, "This is what I need." It may look like a wreck, but go at it as though it were an opportunity, a challenge.

If you bring love to that moment - not discouragement - you will find the strength is there. Any disaster that you can survive is an improvement in your character, your stature, and your life. What a privilege! This is when the spontaneity of your own nature will have a chance to flow. Then, when looking back at your life, you will see that the moments which seemed to be great failures followed by wreckage were the incidents that shaped the life you have now. You’ll see that this is really true.

Nothing can happen to you that is not positive. Even though it looks and feels at the moment like a negative crisis, it is not.xx

Uniquely You

When you try to value yourself for being the best in something, you are bound to fail. Even Olympic champions are the best only for a few years.

You are precious to God not because there is no one better than you, but because you are a unique creation of mind, body and spirit, - there is no one like you, - and that is exactly what makes you so indescribably precious. As so as you come to terms with that, you will be finally able to really live you life to its fullest.
